Good Tuesday Morning after the long weekend!
Hope everyone had a great Family Day Weekend, and got a lot accomplished or just relaxed!
With CMHC stating that housing prices are going up, and the interest rates still really low, now is the time to get into that property that you have been thinking about or maybe even just redoing your mortgage so you are set in these "lows" for the next 5 years.
For new home buyers, whether or not it is a condo or a house, most of you will require that 35 year amortization just to get your foot in the door: especially as I said, CMHC is forecasting a housing increase ... if you have questions in regards to where you qualify; or how to get it so that in the future you can qualify please feel free to call me or shoot up an email!

There are lots of ways to still make it work, even with no or little down payment! We still have the 5% Cash back for down payment at limited lenders as well as a 3-4% cash back at another lender, that does make it less stressful to qualify as there are always expenses that can "come up" with a new property, or even just the legal costs to get it all completed.
Remember the deadline for the 35 year amortization is March 18th, 2011 ; but some lenders may implement this early!! So fair warning! Get your applications in, and go out house hunting! :)
